The plywood dihedral brace fits into a channel cut along the back surface of the wing spar.  Be sure to scrape any residual glue off the back of the wing spar.  I had to remove a thin wedge of material from the root end of one wing panel to keep the joining surfaces parallel to each other while maintaining the correct dihedral angle.  Though obvious, this was not specifically mentioned in the instructions.
I used epoxy for all the wood-to-wood joints, i.e. where the dihedral brace contacts the back surface of the spars, and where the left and right T.E. meet.  Goop was used to glue the foam-to-foam areas. Masking tape helped keep the foam and spar pressed up against the  wing joiner while the Goop dried and the epoxy cured.
