| The T.E. stock was tack glued (sparingly) to the sub-trailing edge and then planed and sanded to match the airfoil profile. All you have to do is remove enough material so that the leading edge of the T.E. is the same height as the sub-trailing edge, and the rear edge is about 1/16" thick. Take care not to gouge or otherwise remove material from the sub-trailing edge or the foam wing panel. | ||||||||||||

| I used an Xacto knife and sanding block to shape and round the wing tips. Next, the ailerons are cut out. Because they were only tack glued, they snapped off easily. You'll want to snap off the remaining T.E. pieces (tip and root) and glue them back securely. | ||||||||||||
